CHOOSE AN IDENTITY

I’m a home-grown Idaho potato and I love living in Boise. In my personal life, I love spending time with my loved ones, listening to music, going to events and concerts in the Treasure Valley, playing board games and video games, going on walks, hiking, swimming, strength training, reading fantasy books, laughing, singing, dancing, and - of course - creating.

HUMAN

I have an artist business, Studio Di Dio, in which I run my art life through. Don’t forget the name. I’ve been creating for as long as I can remember. From painting and drawing to writing poetry and short stories, world-building, map-making, character creation, to soulful singing and musical playing. I took every art class I could in grade school, and eventually studied art and writing in college.

My art style leans heavily toward abstract realism and illustrative styles. I love finding the in-between of reality and fantasy. I am a multimedia artist - I change my mind a lot.

I work in watercolor, gouache, acrylic, oil, chalk, oil pastels, ink, graphite, and also digitally. I’m deeply inspired by the abstract and human forms, mental health, textures and patterns, experiences, music, stories, and chaos. My favorite technique is my “abstract pull” technique.

ARTIST - STUDIO DI DIO

I am also a counseling intern with a projected (hopefully) date of January 2026 to become a licensed professional counselor (LPC), as well as to hold a clinical rehabilitation counseling certificate (CRCC). I am currently focused on learning, growing, and gaining experience. I work with people 14+, with individuals, and with couples. I am currently focused on working in the realms of trauma, disability, neurodiversity, anxiety, marginalized identities, relationships, and sexuality. See my Psychology Today to learn more.
